Business Spotlight Imagineer Remodeling

Brothers Isaac, Jilbert and Daniel Azencot opened Imagineer Remodeling last year with a vision in mind: to make high-end, one-of-a-kind European kitchen and bathroom design an affordable reality for their Southern California customers by combining imagination and engineering.

Isaac, a long-time real estate developer and investor, works with vendors overseas to bring his Ventura County customers products manufactured with the highest quality German engineering and Italian design at extremely competitive prices. Here, he answers some questions about his business.

How was the idea for your business conceived?

Having been involved in real estate development and investment for many years, I saw a need to bring high-end products and designs to consumers at better prices. We specialize in custom kitchen and bathroom design. We also remodel homes and create custom closets, doors, wardrobes, entertainment centers and home furnishings. Call us today for a complimentary design or remodeling consultation.

What sets your business apart?

Customers can come to our 2,100 sq. foot showroom and choose everything, from tiles to wood to cabinets to lighting. We’ve offer more than 400 kitchen design options in a variety of materials (including glass, aluminum, wood, lacquer and more) – you won’t find a selection this large anywhere else. We also offer amazing specials. Now through September, for example, we are offering free kitchen installation (valued at $5,000).

From French country kitchens to modern Japanese bathrooms, whatever your design dream is, we can create it. For example, we can even replicate the design of a kitchen from the 1940’s – but with today’s technology.

What is the biggest challenge your business faces?

People tend to think that a European-style kitchen might be out of their price range – but it’s not. Imagineer Remodeling can create world-class designs within their price range, and so educating the consumer on that reality is our challenge.

What advice would you give to someone starting their own business?

Do your due diligence – invest money to research your competitors and the cost of materials, otherwise you’ll be in for some surprises.

How do you define success?

Being able to connect the consumer with the products they need and want.

Why did choose to open your showroom in Westlake Village?

We really like the Westlake Village area and have a lot of high-end clients there. We plan to expand into additional cities throughout California in the years to come.
